マーレ、シーメンスVDOオートモーティブ社のエアインテークモジュールおよびエアフィルトレーション事業部を買収へ
マーレ・グループ（本社ドイツ・シュツットガルト）は、シーメンスVDOオートモーティブ社の燃焼エンジン用エアーインテークモジュール&エアーフィルトレーション事業部を買収する意思があることを、今年2007年1月8に発表した。当該の法的拘束力を持つ契約がすでに結ばれている。この買収により、マーレは北米及びアジアでのマーケットプレゼンスをさらに拡大することになる。またこの製品部門に関する技術ポートフォリオ拡充も進行させていく。この買収の結果、シーメンスVDOの同事業部に勤務する約1,000名が、マーレの社員として迎えられることになる。  詳細
