We have a history of large and small projects, with various customers across industries, all having a common basis – the flexibility, expertise and discipline that are necessary to complete the project on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.

Flexibility
Requirements at the beginning of a development cycle are not always clearly defined. We work closely with the customer to understand what is needed, but we don’t require strict definition of what those requirements are. Some rework and iteration is an expected part of the process.

Expertise
The group is capable of high-level system design and modeling but also of low-level hardware layout and software coding. We are capable of producing prototype hardware and small-scale production runs for development fleets. We thrive on the challenge of seeing a concept successfully executed.

Discipline
Given the constraints, it takes discipline to keep all stakeholders of the project satisfied. We maintain very close contact with the customer to ensure they are aware of the state of development and can assist in overcoming hurdles before they become problems. The other component of discipline is “book shelving” the final design by providing detailed documentation of the final design and intellectual property.
